my visit to Anubhuti, Jalgaon and Ajanta Caves

I have just returned after interacting with school kids of class VIII from Anubhuti school, Jalgaon. These kids are doing a project on the history of Surat, hence this interaction. Spread over kilometers, this school provides an excellent opportunity for learning, has a beautiful campus blending nature and architecture on a green hilly terrain. Kids are enthusiastic and teachers quite experienced, sensitive yet fresh. I was particularly humbled by the hospitality and warmth of the school management. We also visited Ajanta caves, truly marvelous experience। The paintings and the caves that are early specimens Indian art and craftsmanship are mesmerizing going back to 2nd century B.C to 5th-6th century A.D. What is also worth noticing is the large presence of local visitors appreciating and charmed by this world heritage site.
